Agreement
These terms govern your use of h2om.bio (the “site”), operated by H2OM Technologies (“H2OM,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
What the site is
This is a pre-launch, informational site. Our products are not yet for sale. Nothing on this site takes payment, creates an order, or is a binding purchase or a promise of availability. If and when products become available, any purchase will be governed by separate terms provided at that time.
Wellness product, not medical advice
H2OM’s consumer products are wellness tools designed to help you understand everyday things like sleep, energy and focus. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site detects, diagnoses, treats or prevents any disease, or constitutes medical advice. For medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Forward-looking and indicative information
Descriptions of products, features, biomarkers and timing are provided for information and are indicative and subject to change. Ship dates are targets, not commitments. Any readings or example values shown are illustrative, for demonstration only, and are not real results. Research and study results described here concern our core sensing technology, and are not a claim about any particular product or panel.
Intellectual property
The site and its content (text, design, graphics, logos and the H2OM and OM names) are owned by H2OM or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content commercially without our permission.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, submit false information or someone else’s details without permission, or use it to send spam or automated abuse.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to, or embed, services we don’t operate. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply to what you do there.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, H2OM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can’t be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes and contact
