AI Wellness Coach
Your readings turned into actionable recommendations to improve your fitness and wellness.
Your body is whispering.
We built the first ear sensitive enough to listen.
Current wearables are incredible at capturing surface signals—your heart rate, movement, and temperature. But they cannot see what is driving those signals.
Your body is more than 70% water, and flowing within it is a rich stream of biomolecules—hormones, proteins, and metabolites that tell the real story of your health. Until now, hearing that story required a vial of blood and a week of waiting. H2OM changes that.
What we monitor
Hormones, proteins, inflammation, stress, longevity, and fertility markers from saliva.
The Technology
The Power of Femtograms.
Signals once requiring a room-sized mass spectrometer, now on a chip. Lab precision directly in your hands.
At the heart of the platform is a patent-pending breakthrough: a flexible organic electrolyte-gated field-effect transistor (OEGFET).
Unlike standard rapid tests that require a massive viral load to trigger a 'Yes/No' result, our sensor is designed for quantitative precision. It detects biomarkers at femtogram-per-milliliter concentrations.
This allows us to track minute shifts in cortisol, testosterone, and inflammatory markers before they become visible symptoms.

Deep Sleep
Measuring Melatonin rhythms and AM/PM Cortisol ratios.
Menopause Navigator
Monitoring Estradiol and Progesterone shifts.
Recovery & Performance
Tracking Testosterone and Creatine Kinase (CK).
Swapping cartridges is as simple as changing a razor head.
This allows you to customize your health tracking based on your current needs.
Built on Rigorous Science.
H2OM is not just a gadget; it is a miniaturized scientific instrument backed by peer-reviewed research and clinical trials.
About Us
Who We Are
We are a venture-backed Deep Tech company operating in stealth. We are a team of tenured scientists, experienced engineers, and serial entrepreneurs building the next era of the health stack. We are moving from "Science" to "Product."
The last decade of consumer health was defined by tracking surface signals—movement, heart rate, and temperature. While valuable, these are only echoes of the body's biology. To truly understand health, performance, and longevity, we must look closer.
Every decision we make is shaped by a clear sense of purpose. Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
We believe in simple ideas, strong relationships, and lasting impact. What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.
Our Status
- ✅ Published in Nature (npj Biosensing).
- ✅ Validated in clinical settings.
- ✅ Developed in partnership with leading research institutions.
Join the Next Era of the Health Stack
We are looking for exceptional builders to transition breakthrough physics to scalable products.
Intended Audience
This role is for exceptional analog and mixed-signal engineers who want to operate at the frontier of biosensing precision. If you are comfortable designing circuits where noise floors, drift, parasitics, and repeatability determine success — this will resonate. If you prefer incremental board spins in large organizations, it won’t.
About H2OM
H2OM is building a next-generation saliva biosensing platform capable of detecting biomarkers at femtogram-per-milliliter precision. Our core sensing architecture — published in Nature (npj Biosensing) — miniaturizes lab-grade molecular detection into a compact consumer device. We are moving from validated prototype to production-grade system. This is the transition from breakthrough physics to scalable product. The hardware layer is foundational.
The Challenge
You will design the electronics that sit directly at the interface between electrochemical molecular events and digital intelligence. This means:
- Extracting stable signals from sub-microamp electrochemical outputs.
- Managing noise floors, drift, temperature variation, and parasitics.
- Designing analog front ends that preserve resolution under real-world constraints.
- Building boards that maintain signal fidelity at production scale.
Performance matters. Repeatability matters. Resolution matters.
What You Will Own
Precision Biosensor Interface
- Design low-noise, high-precision AFEs for electronic and electrochemical biosensors.
- Engineer biasing, conditioning, impedance matching, and active filtering for ultra-low-level signals.
- Optimize compact form factors without sacrificing signal integrity.
PCB & System Integration
- Architect multilayer PCBs with strong SI and PI discipline.
- Mitigate parasitics, drift, and environmental sensitivity.
- Ensure reproducible sensor responses and minimal creepage in sensitive zones.
Simulation & Risk Mitigation
- Perform SPICE-based modeling and mixed-signal simulations.
- Conduct Monte Carlo and stress analyses.
- Contribute to DFMEA and structured risk reduction.
- Design for tolerance stacking and environmental robustness.
Hardware–Firmware Interface
- Collaborate on sensor-reader driver architecture.
- Ensure calibration fidelity from analog front end through cloud.
- Design for long-term stability and field performance.
Verification & Validation
- Lead hardware verification toward ISO 13485-aligned standards.
- Conduct EMI/EMC pre-compliance testing.
- Perform thermal and environmental characterization.
- Build structured validation frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Depth
- 5+ years designing precision analog or mixed-signal systems.
- Experience handling low-level sensor outputs (sub-microamp or comparable).
- Experience in MedTech, biosensing, or advanced consumer electronics.
Tooling
- Altium, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent.
- LTspice, PSpice, TINA-TI, or comparable.
- I2C, SPI, UART interfacing.
- Hands-on SMD/0201 soldering and deep lab instrumentation fluency.
Quality Systems
- Experience operating within ISO-certified QMS environments.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 preferred.
Who You Are
- You are technically rigorous and intellectually curious.
- You are comfortable working at the edge of measurable signal.
- You move with velocity, but you do not compromise precision.
- You take ownership of systems end-to-end — not just schematic blocks.
- You thrive in small, high-caliber teams where autonomy and accountability are real.
- Startup experience is a major plus — you understand iteration, ambiguity, and resource constraints.
- You are mission-driven. You want to build hardware that meaningfully changes how people understand their health.
Why Join H2OM
You will be part of a bleeding-edge team of scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs building a new layer in the consumer health stack. This is not incremental device engineering. This is the foundation of daily molecular intelligence.
The platform you help build has the potential to empower millions of people with deeper insight into their biology — moving health from reactive testing to continuous understanding. You will help translate Nature-level science into a product that changes lives.
If you want to operate at the intersection of precision electronics, biology, and real-world impact — this is that opportunity.
📩 Send your resume and a brief note describing the most technically demanding analog system you have built — and what made it difficult.
